The 2017-17 scholarship season is underway and the Office of School Counseling and Postsecondary Advising (SCPA) is inviting eligible seniors with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher (weighted or unweighted) and an ACT score of 17 or higher and their parent/adult chaperone to attend the CPS Scholarship Information Session hosted at Dyett High School for the Arts (555 E. 51st Street) on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.) to support students’ efforts to research and apply for dollars for college.
Parent knowledge is essential to aiding students during the financial aid and scholarship decisions process. Therefore, it is key for a parent or guardian to accompany students to the session. Parents will learn about strategic scholarships opportunities and hear about district tools and resources from the SCPA Scholarship Manager.

7:45 pm Closing Announcements & Strategic Scholarship Fair Wrap Up
